Delivery Options

Our delivery times are based on the number of working days (Monday to Friday) you should expect to receive your delivery by. Delivery times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time. If more than one item is ordered then they might be dispatched as one single package or in separate packages. Invoices will be included in your package.

We dispatch using various couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL and FedEx and they suggest that the following timelines are an appropriate guide to how long you should expect for your items to reach you after they have been dispatched by us:

Standard delivery United Kingdom 3-5 working days

Express delivery United Kingdom 1-2 working days

International delivery 7-14 working days

We are delighted to be able to offer free standard delivery on all U.K. orders, regardless of size or value of items. We will always aim to give you a tracking number where possible. We can only offer standard delivery on international orders and a fee will be applicable which will be clearly stated in the checkout. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in England.

Cancellations and Returns 

If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us before dispatch of order. We can only cancel orders if they have not yet been dispatched. We usually dispatch within 2 days upon receiving your orders. We cannot cancel orders that have been paid with Bitcoin as we do not refund Bitcoins.

If items have been dispatched then refunds will be granted on all returned goods that have sealed or unopened boxes and returned within 14 days. Please contact us for a returns address. Unfortunately we cannot refund your delivery fee for returning goods. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. Please use the same packaging the items were delivered in.

We will gladly exchange items found to be faulty as long as all faults are reported within 14 days. Please contact us and send back the faulty items to the returns address we give you. We will refund you your shipping fee for returning us your faulty items or we will arrange for the items to be collected from you. If possible, please use the same packaging that your items were delivered in.

Once items have been returned to us a refund will be automatically applied to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds. Bitcoin payments cannot be refunded.

Neptoony coins are not refundable nor can they be converted back into cash. If returning goods that were won on the online auction then the amount to be refunded shall be the same as the final auction price the winner has paid, along with any delivery costs.
